What is the Process of Creating a Custom Patch?
Our production process is structured to ensure complete accuracy and your total satisfaction before we move to the mass production. As your dedicated patch supplier, we follow these key steps:
Design Consultation & Digital Proofing: The process begins when you share your artwork, logo, or design concept with our team. We then create a detailed digital proof (also known as a layout or mockup). This proof is a digital representation of your final patch, allowing you to confirm all details, including colors, dimensions, and text, before any physical production starts.
Pre-Production Sampling: Once you approve the digital proof, we create a physical sample of your patch. This is a vital step that allows you to see and feel the quality of the materials, stitching, and colors. It ensures that the final product will meet your expectations for high-quality patches.
Final Approval & Revisions: You will receive the physical sample for your final review. At this stage, you can either provide your approval or request modifications. If any adjustments are needed, we will work with you to refine the design and produce a new sample for approval.
Mass Production: With your final approval of the physical sample, we proceed with the mass production of your order. Our quality control team oversees this stage to guarantee that every patch produced is consistent with the sample you approved.
